The Calendar View provides a powerful and intuitive way to visually track your project's schedule. It helps you see all on-site tasks in a familiar calendar format, making it easier for you to plan ahead and manage your project's timeline effectively.

1. Accessing Your Calendar

  • First, open the Project you are currently working on.

  • In the Construction Schedule header, click on the Calendar icon to switch from the list view to the Calendar View.

2. Filtering Your View (Month, Week, and Day)

  • The calendar defaults to a complete Monthly overview, giving you a high-level look at your schedule.

  • To change your perspective, click the filter button next to the search bar.
You can switch between the Month, Week, or Day view.

  • This allows you to easily pinpoint tasks you need to work on for a specific day or to plan ahead for the upcoming week.

3. Adding New Tasks to Your Calendar

  • You can add new tasks directly from the calendar view.
Simply, click the blue Add New button in the top-right corner.

  • In the menu you can choose to add a New Phase, New Item, or New Checklist from the dropdown menu.

  • Any new item you create will automatically appear on your calendar, reflecting in your schedule instantly for easier planning.
