How to Collaborate on a Schedule Item

Users can start discussions directly within a Schedule Item. Manage task details and participate in a dedicated activity feed with the In-Task Schedule Item Collaboration feature.

  1. Open your Project’s Construction Schedule.

  2. Click on any Schedule Item to open the edit modal.

  3. On the right-hand side, you will see the new Activity Feed column.

  4. Click Add First Conversation or type into the "Start a new discussion..." box at the bottom.

  5. Publish your update, question, or file attachment.

You can scroll through the task details on the left and the conversation on the right independently to keep all the info you need within view.
