Tagging is a powerful feature that links your Activity Feed posts directly to your project's schedule. By tagging a post to a specific phase or schedule item, you can easily organize your feed and quickly filter it to find the exact updates you're looking for, saving you from endless scrolling.
How to Tag a Post
Tagging can be done when you create a new post.
For example, if you're uploading progress photos of the framing, you can tag the post to the "Framing" phase of your schedule.
In your project's Activity Feed, start creating a new post.
Add your text, photos, or other information.
Before publishing, click the Add Tags button.

You can now search for and select a specific Schedule Phase (a broad stage, like “Pre-Construction”, "Framing", etc.) or a Schedule Item (a specific task, such as “Insulation”, "Frame Home"). You can add multiple tags to a single post.

Once you've selected your tags, publish the post. The tags will appear directly on your post for everyone to see.

Filtering the Feed with Tags
The main benefit of tagging is the ability to filter your feed to see only relevant posts.
At the top of the Activity Feed, locate and click on the filter icon.
A menu will appear allowing you to filter by different criteria. Select Phase or Item.

Choose the specific tag and/or item you want to filter by (e.g., "Framing"). 4. Click Apply.
The Activity Feed will instantly refresh to show only the posts that have been tagged with your selected phase or item, giving you a focused view of all communication and progress for that part of the job.
