Add Geographical Weather tracking to be added to posts if desired

Ability to add Geographical weather tracking for Daily Log "type" posts so weather source is documented by a credible source rather than just the project manager's word.
 
This is important even more so in locations where the general weather may say cloudy but no rain but the specific geographical location of the rain is documented where the build is located.
